Please contact us prior to your appointment if you require an estimate of fees.
Please note that therapy and splinting is a separate service to surgery. Post-operative therapy and splinting will incur a separate fee to your surgical costs.
Private Health Insurance
Fees for HULC services may be covered by your private health insurer. The amount you receive back from your private health insurance will depend on your fund and level of cover. It is your responsibility to check with your health fund prior to your appointment if you have cover for occupational therapy.
Our clinics have TYRO machines, which allows you to claim your consultation rebate from your insurer at the time of your appointment.
Worker’s Compensation, MVA and DVA
HULC provides services for patients with worker’s compensation, motor vehicle accident (MVA) and Department of Veterans Affairs, Australian Defence Forces (ADF) (DVA) insurance. Please check with your insurer prior to your appointment to ensure therapy services are approved for your specific claim.
