Fees for HULC services may be covered by your private health insurer. The amount you receive back from your private health insurance will depend on your fund and level of cover. It is your responsibility to check with your health fund prior to your appointment if you have cover for occupational therapy.
All HULC clinics accept payment via credit card, EFTPOS, cash or cheque.
We have a HICAPS machine, which allows you to claim your consultation rebate at the time of your appointment, at our Claremont, Subiaco, Murdoch, Joondalup, Bunbury, and Busselton clinics.
HULC therapy and splinting is a separate service to surgery. This means that if you have undergone surgery and your surgeon refers you to HULC for treatment you will incur a separate fee to your surgeon costs.

Cancellation Fees
If you’re unable to attend an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note that same-day cancellations or non-attendance to an appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a non-attendance. The cancellation fee is to be paid by the patient for all appointment types, including work cover, ICWA and Medicare.
