Our Introduction

Shannon Edwick

Shannon graduated from Curtin University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. Shannon began her career in upper limb rehabilitation in the public sector before joining the HULC team in 2008 as a Senior Occupational Therapist.

Shannon also held the position of Research Coordinator at HULC, from 2011 to 2015. She has presented research on numerous occasions at a number of Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA) meetings and conferences, as well as local Western Australian Society for Hand Surgeon’s annual scientific meetings. In 2012 Shannon co-authored an article with hand surgeon Mr Jeff Ecker, which was published in the American Journal of Hand Surgery.

Shannon is a full member of the ATHA and continues to be actively involved in the hand therapy community.
