In 2004 Natasha graduated from Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Natasha worked in a variety of fields before specialising in hand therapy. Prior to joining HULC in 2009, Natasha worked in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Natasha is passionate about the specialist subject of hand therapy and has combined her role as Senior Occupational Therapist with tutoring at Curtin University for the Orthoses and Rehabilitation Science Unit (hand rehabilitation) and Foundations of Occupational Therapy Unit.
In 2015 Natasha wrote and presented the ‘Basic Splinting Principles and Fabrication’ course, ran through the WA Occupational Therapy Association. Natasha is an active member of the hand therapy community and regularly attends and presents at state and national Australian Hand Therapy Association and Western Australian Society of Hand Surgeon’s meetings and conferences. Natasha presented at a national level her research topic ‘Partial Distal Biceps Tears: Repair with Semitendinosus Autograft’. Natasha is a full member of the AHTA.
