Research shows early referral and pro-active injury intervention is critical if you are to achieve the best possible outcomes. In many cases hand therapy can be started on the day or one day post injury or surgery.

Prefer to write your own referral?

We have hard copy referral pads available (please contact us to request).

Alternatively, you are welcome to write your own referral. Please include the following information:

• Patient contact details, including phone number
• Referrer contact details
• Relevant medical history
• Date of injury
• Injury diagnosis
• Specific instructions/splint preference, if applicable
